Short biographie.

Mrs. Petra Volkmann-Becher: Business School Graduate & Qualified Tax Consultant.

My family has owned and run various enterprises since the beginning of the last century. Ranked amongst our property are: a large iron caster factory, a cementworks factory and a firm of carpentry. In addition, my family have run retail busineses and a mineral oil wholesaler.

Shaped by all of this, I decided to study management economics (business studies) at the Justus Liebig University in Gießen. The main emphasis of my studies was in: Controlling, the Enterprise as an organization and in Marketing. I completed my studies and graduated as a Business School Graduate in 1984.

In 1996 I qualified as a Tax Consultant after having taken the Hessen Treasury Department exams.
