Establishment of a Tax Consultancy Company and branch offices.
Since 1997 I have been running and managing a Tax Consultancy Practice in Salzgitter-Bad and since January 2002 in Braunschweig. I look after the following kinds of enterprises and entities:
- An international company
- Various limited companies
- GmbHs (like the English Ltds)
- Limited partnerships and GbR´s
- Sole traders and income tax clients
The main emphasis of my Consultancy Practice is the provision of advice and consultancy to entrepreneurs in questions centred around business, tax liability and matters to do with capital/assets.

I attach great importance to the motivation and further development and training of my co-workers.
